Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

* Unopened and unused
* In its original condition and packaging
* Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

* Opened or used products
* Sale items or gift cards

Damages and Issues

Please check your order upon arrival. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

To exchange the defective item, return the original product following approval. 

Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide a shipping label and instructions for sending back the product.

Please note that return label is only issued if the product is damaged. If we issue the return label for unopened and sealed packages, a standard $9.9 fee will be deducted from the total amount. 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
